Ingredients
1 lb extra-lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 tbs chili powder
1 tbs cumin
2 tbs minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/15.5 oz can no salt added pinto or kidney beans drained and rinsed
1-14.5 oz can no salt added diced tomatoes
3/4 cup low-sodium salsa

1/2 medium avocado, sliced
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- Spray skillet w/nonstick spray and cook beef and onion over medium heat, stirring for 5-7 minutes
- Stir in bell pepper, jalapeno, chili powder, cumin, garlic and coriander. Cook for 5 minutes frequently stirring
- Stir in remaining chili ingredients. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes
